The Hayward City Council needs new leadership to make housing more affordable, make our economy and community more resilient after COVID-19, and ensure that quality of life continues to improve. That's why I'm running for City Council.

When the COVID-19 crisis ends, Hayward will need leadership to help reopen businesses, bring back jobs, and keep people in their homes. I overcame hard times in the Great Recession, and I know the pain of losing a job at the worst moment. Hayward will need Councilmembers who have lived the strain of economic uncertainty AND understand the tools that City government has at its disposal to help them rise above it. I have the lived experience and the professional experience to make Hayward a more resilient city.
